The Licensee agrees to protect the Software and proprietary information of AlanMeeks.com by establishing reasonable procedures regulating access to and use of the software. The software is licensed only to the Licenses, and may not be re-assigned, transfer or sub-licence to a third party at any time without prior written consent from AlanMeeks.com. 4. This licence is governed by the laws of England and any dispute concerning this Agreement shall be submitted to the Courts of England.
